Easy way to get your 5-a-day

Eating the daily recommended amount of fruit and veg can be a daunting task for most people. Blending these foods can make it a lot easier to consume and meet your body’s nutritional needs.

Quick and Easy to prepare

As simple as 1, 2, 3. All you need is your blender/juicer, the fruit or veg or your choice and a base, for example, water, milk, yogurt, etc.

Banished those cravings

Smoothies and Juices are able to help stop cravings as you can tailor your smoothie to combat that particular craving. Perhaps you’re craving sweet things? – Try a pineapple banana smoothie, the fruit is very sweet and should satisfy that nagging sweet tooth.

The choice is yours!

The possibilities are endless (well almost). Both Smoothies and Juices allow your more creative side to shine. Have fun with it and experiment!

Energy and Immunity boosters

Smoothies and Juices are both powerhouses of vitamins and minerals which will help strengthen your immune system and give you that extra boost of energy for the day.

Knowledge is power
