Green Goblin

This smoothie brings together the health benefits of leafy greens such as chard and kale with the energy-boosting benefits of pineapple. It’s packed full of vitamin C and Iron, keeping you healthy and in high spirits!

You will need:

1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
4 large kale leaves – stems removed
3 large chard leaves
½ cup parsley
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 cup of coconut milk
½ cup ice
1 tbsp chia seeds

Put all these ingredients in a blender and pulse until a smooth liquid is formed and enjoy!

Terrifically Tropical

Looking for that taste of summer before it’s here? Then this one is definitely for you! It brings together only the best tropical fruit in a healthy, vitamin-filled mixture that bursts with flavor.

You will need:

1 cup chopped carrot
2oz Mango
1 kiwi – peeled and chopped
½ an avocado – pitted, peeled, and chopped
1 tsp baobab power
½ tsp turmeric
1 cup of water
1 cup ice

Blend them together to form a smooth, orange-colored beverage that is perfect for sunny days sitting outside!

Pak Choi Protein Punch

You will need:

2 oz baby pak choi
1 pear – chopped
½ cup cinnamon apple sauce
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 cup of water
1 cup ice

Blend together all of the ingredients except for the sunflower seeds. Once smooth, pour the smoothie into a glass and then top with the sunflower seeds for that extra protein punch!

Raspberry Rhubarb Revival

If you’re looking for something to give you a bit of a refreshing revival this spring, this one is a perfect choice. It brings together the sweetness of raspberries with the sourness of rhubarb and is packed full of antioxidants and soluble fiber!

You will need:

1 apple – chopped
1 cup cantaloupe
2 oz raspberries
2 oz rhubarb – chopped
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tsp maqui berry
1 cup of water
1 cup ice

Blend all the ingredients except for the coconut flakes, and then pour the mixture onto a long glass. Sprinkle the coconut flakes on top for that exotic effect!

Bad Boy Beets

You will need:

1 ½ oz baby spinach
4 oz beets – scrubbed and chopped
1 pear – chopped
½ inch ginger
1 lemon
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 cup of water
1 cup ice
